Process Serving is performed by our Process Servers who have completed training through the California Academy of Investigative Sciences and are 'Certified Process Servers' in addition to being Registered and Bonded as Process Servers pursuant to the provisions of B&B Code section 22350.

In addition to serving CSC and other Agents for Service listed on our website, we also provide general process serving services.  Our service includes:

• Up to three (3) attempts are included per address.
• Proof of Personal ​Service is included at no additional charge.
• 1-20 Pages included.  After 20 pages, $0.15 per page when sent to us via electronic transmission.
• The first attempt is made within 24 hours of request submission - if submitted to us Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Our 'Standy By Fee' is charged after the initial grace period of fifteen minutes has expired, in the event, you request that we wait for any reason.

Stake-Out per hour - $65.00 additional.

Declaration Re Diligence On Substituted Service and Mailing - $25.00
