Our Deposition Officer(s) meet all statutory qualifications to be designated as a Deposition Officer pursuant to Evidence Code § 1560(e), Code of Civil Procedure § 2020.420, and Business and Professions Code § 22451(g).

For clients who prefer to prepare their own subpoenas and notices, CALIFORNIA INVESTIGATIVE AND LEGAL SUPPORT SERVICES provides seasoned, professional, licensed, Deposition Officers, pursuant to Evidence Code § 1560(e), Code of Civil Procedure § 2020.420, and Business and Professions Code § 22451(g), ready to act as the Deposition Officer of record in your matter.
Once appointed, our Deposition Officer will calendar the records date, manage receipt of the Deponent’s response(s), and copy the documents on or off-site using state-of-the-art scanning equipment.
Upon completion, a secured, encrypted electronic copy of the Deponent’s response(s) will be delivered to you via email.
